This is a plugin under Effect/render menu. You should use it to create/add splashes/stamps, etc...

It was some kind of lost deeply in the forum plugin.

If you download the package updated 11/04/2008 (or more) its already in it. Im just updating the topics for this effect.

The source is available with the plugins package!

How to install?
Close Paint.net
Unzip and place the DLL in your Effect folder usually: C:/Program Files/Paint.NET/Effects you can free download Splashes Effect Plugin 1.0 now.
