This Vista Bank app allows you to check balances and transfer funds.

As a security precaution this app will not work until you authorize Mobile Banking through regular Online Banking. From your computer, log into Online Banking, and click on “Mobile” (near the bottom on the left side of the page). Be sure the green check mark appears next to “Yes, enable….” Then click "Submit" at the bottom. If you wish to transfer money between accounts you must also click the “Mobile Authorizations” tab at the top of the page, enter a PIN code to use when making transfers, and then “Submit.” Your privacy and security are our priorities at Vista Bank!
