MDWorkout features exercises explained and demonstrated by medical doctors, certified trainers and professional yoga instructors. Appropriate exercises include workout data recording and aggregated workout information for entire categories of exercises. That means you can Log and View your own workout history for each workout, with all entries recorded and aggregated over time.

MDWorkout’s icon-based interface is a snap to use and much faster to navigate than ever before! We’ve also included the ability to personalize the entire experience with background image replacement and color adjusting, you can even add your own photo to the Log Book for inspiration! You can even share your workout progress with your friends via the new in-app share button and post directly to Facebook and Twitter or even e-mail your workout!

The “My Routine” section allows you to personalize and create your own routines. Create your own Upper Body routine, or select your favorite exercises for a full body workout. The choices are virtually endless and we’ve color coded every category of exercise in the app to make balancing your workout as simple as comparing colors on the page!

High Definition instructional videos complete with voice-over instructions are available for nearly every workout. We’ve included a few to get you started and additional videos are easily available for purchase within the app! Videos can be viewed with each routine, or from the new Video Manager. Videos are downloaded directly to your device and then no longer require an internet connection to play! This saves your bandwidth and makes the videos 100% reliable after they’ve been downloaded!
