Web-based bug tracker with Windows installer

As of version 2.62.3, it includes the ability to collect external feedback from users who do not have accounts on your WorkRoll system: ideal for collecting beta feedback on your website or software application. Windows installer takes less than five minutes to install (or download a WAR file for other systems). Installation and use are fully web-based. Features include: sorting; filtering, file attachments; tiered access; e-mail Notifications; import/export; organize by project, status, priority, assigning user, assigned-to user, due date, dev instance, version; restrict users to specific projects or to read-only status; collection of feedback from external (non-registered) users via the web; etc.

For self-hosted installations, Windows users have the option of installing WorkRoll with a Windows-executable installer program; this program also installs an application server automatically. Users of any operating system may self-host WorkRoll as a self-contained J2EE web application
Tracks issues by status (open, resolved, closed)
Tracks issues by priority (very low, low, normal, high, and emergency)
Tracks issues assigned to and by specific users
Creates projects and assigns specific issues to them
Allows certain users access only to certain projects, or to have read-only access (these users can view but not change lists of WorkRoll issues).
