Elsa Stephen founded Yoga in the Park with just a few friends on a Tuesday morning, and now is so blessed and amazed to see how big and beautiful these classes have grown. “Teaching in the park is the highlight of my whole week!” Her class is a power vinyasa flow, that will get you moving and sweating.
Laura Lutz has such a fun and inspiring spirit, and it definitely shines through in her classes. She teaches yoga at multiple studios in the area, and her calm yet strong voice will lead your deeper into an amazing practice!. If you want a good workout, and to have some fun while doing it, Laura's class is for you!
Desiree Lee is a Yoga teacher, Energy healer and Artist. Her very first experience of yoga began with a very gentle Hatha Yoga at Orange Coast College back in 2002. After exploring a bit of Ashtanga yoga and some Bikram yoga, she grew roots in Vinyasa Power Yoga. Desiree committed to a steady and consistent practice and experienced such an amazing and tremendous change in her life that she decided to teach and share her passion for yoga with others. By combining her natural gift of intuition and her belief in the transformative power of yoga, Desiree guides students into a meaningful and heart opening practice. She is a strong believer in the power of breath to movement, meditation through movement and strength of the human spirit. There is no greater joy for Desiree than making a connection with people and assisting in opening hearts.
